American Pressure Washing is owner-led. Dallas Matthews runs the company he built: he founded Dallas Enterprises in 1983 and has been in the exterior-cleaning industry ever since, and he opened American Pressure Washing under Dallas Enterprises on January 1, 2002. When you call, you talk to the owner about your property — not a call center, and not a sales script. A veteran-owned business, American Pressure Washing brings veteran habits to every job: show up on time, do the work the way it was promised, and leave the place better than you found it. Rated 5.0 stars from 177 Google reviews. Based in Mt. Juliet, working the whole map: our Mt. Juliet office is the lake house office at 2043 Sanford Dr, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122, and the company also has an office in Franklin. From that Mt. Juliet base we wash houses, driveways and concrete, businesses, decks, patios and fences across Mt. Juliet, Providence, the Old Hickory Lake shore, the Mt. Juliet Road and I-40 corridor, and throughout Wilson County. How we work: the owner is involved in the job; the method is matched to the surface — gentle soft washing for siding, the right pressure and detergents for concrete, wood, stone and composite; honest answers about what will come clean and what will only fade; and results documented with before-and-after photos.
